B. Lynn Coupland, MEd, is a senior instructor in the Department of Special Education. In addition to teaching and supervising in SPED, she also supervises for the English as a Second Language program. She has been a teacher in general and special education, as well as a principal, a vice principal, and a director of student support services for Kootenay-Columbia School District in British Columbia, Canada. She is currently a student of Japanese language, and has previously worked in Japan as a director of English studies.
