Liza Dadoly graduated from Portland State University with a master’s degree in English with a research focus area in representations of gender and sexuality in pre-Code Hollywood films in June 2020. Her other research interests include ecocriticism and modernism in literature and film. While a student at PSU, she worked as a Graduate Administrative Assistant supporting the Center for Public Service’s Executive MPA program where she provided a wide range of support to faculty, students, and staff and absorbed knowledge about leadership in the public sector from her colleagues; she recently rejoined the Executive MPA program as Interim Program Manager and looks forward to continuing to work with the program.
