Dr. Liliya Hogaboam is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Portland State University, author, consultant, and a lecturer in the fields of economics and management, healthcare assessment, decision-making and AI. She has over 20 years of experience in analytics and research and 10 years of entrepreneurial experience running a software services consulting company Nascentia Corp. She co-authored a book on Healthcare Technology Innovation Adoption.
She holds several M.S. degrees in the fields of Economics and Management as well as a Ph.D. in Technology Management.
