Laura Wasserman, FNP-C, (she/her) is a Family Nurse Practitioner who worked in primary care prior to joining SHAC. Laura initially studied Sociology as an undergraduate at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. After working at an international women’s rights organization for a few years she went back to complete a second degree in nursing at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and Duke University.
When not working, Laura enjoys dancing in the kitchen with her toddler, gardening, watching British murder mysteries and trying to become a runner.
