Gabrielle "Gaby" (she/her) is originally from Pennsylvania and Minnesota, and moved to Portland in 1998. She has served as SHAC's Executive Administrative Coordinator since 2013, and before that worked in PSU Advising and Career Services since 2008. Gaby has a BA in Liberal Studies from PSU, and never expected to find a career in higher education, though she is a passionate life-long-learner!
Gaby has a broad range of interests-- she enjoys talking with people, reading (especially sci-fi and anything by Ursula K LeGuin), hiking and backpacking, movies, playing instruments badly, walking with her dog Javier, and playing with her cat named Dog.
