The International Rose Test Garden/ The Japanese Garden
Experience one of the reasons why Portland is known as the Rose City. Located in NW Portland’s Washington Park, the Rose Garden features an extensive array of roses and one of the best views of the city and Mt. Hood. The 5.5 acre Japanese Garden is also on site.

The Portland Art Museum
As the Northwest’s oldest museum, the Portland Art Museum represents 35 centuries of traditional and contemporary art from around the world.
Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI)
Tour a real submarine, touch a tornado, and experience the power of an earthquake at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry. The Murdock Planetarium and the OMNIMAX theater are located on-site in addition to over 200 hands-on exhibits.
Pittock Mansion
Overlooking the city and surrounding mountains, the historic Pittock Mansion offers a wonderful view of the city and a glimpse into Portland’s history. You may tour the home for a small entrance fee, or enjoy the grounds and the view for free.
