First Year Experience Buildings

First Year Experience students live on floors designed for first year students, and upperclassmen live on separate floors.

Lounges on every other floor. Housing Office and classrooms on the 2nd floor.

Amenities include: laundry facilities, dedicated high speed wireless internet, stove top (no oven), small refrigerator, computer lab onsite and lounge areas. 

Most first year residents have a roommate.  Roommate matches are made using the questionnaire in the housing contract.

A bike hook is available in the Broadway units.  Units come with a kitchenette with 2-burner stove (no oven) and mini fridge, private bathroom (shower only), polished cement floors, wifi.

Kitchenette has an additional storage area where many students place a microwave.  Microwaves are not provided. 

The units feature private bathrooms with standing showers.  

All units have carpet floors, wireless and wired ethernet.

Ondine includes a 1st floor television lounge, lounges on every floor, and parking. Victor’s Dining Hall is located on the 1st floor. Classrooms  on the 2nd floor. 

FYE Studios have a private bathroom on floors 3-6 (shower only). On floors 7-9, FYE studios are suite-style where bathroom (shower only) is shared between two rooms.

Furniture: Standard twin bed, dresser, desk, chair

Epler furnished studios have a closet/storage space near the unit's entryway.

Private in-unit bathroom has a standing shower.
