Frankie is a senior research assistant at PSU’s Homelessness Research & Action Collaborative. Frankie supports the center’s projects through data wrangling, analysis, and visualizations; literature collection and synthesis; running surveys; editing documents; and various other tasks.
Frankie graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. from Lewis & Clark College in 2023, where they studied Political Science and Data Science. Their undergraduate thesis examined whether providing high school students a free transit pass increased those students' transit ridership after graduation.
Frankie's academic interests are in public opinion and survey research, constitutional law, public transit and transportation policy, and land use regulation. In the future, Frankie hopes to go to graduate school, and is interested in pursuing a law degree, master of urban and regional planning, or master of education.
