The annual Portland Summer Percussion Academy is led by PSU faculty for high school students. Students experience a wide range of percussion styles from chamber music to Taiko to Salsa with abundant hands-on learning as well as intriguing and practical seminars taught by professional musicians. The week of intensive learning and practice culminates in this impressive final concert.
