10 year celebration

First Stop Portland (FSP) celebrated its 10th year in 2019. Over the decade, hundreds of individuals and organizations have helped support FSP's work with their time, energy, and financial resources. We want to thank everyone who have played an important role in FSP's success!

Expert Staff 

The expert staff brings decades of experience working with Portland's green "brain trust" to ensure study tours are led by experts best able to address each delegation's unique interests in Portland.

Yachi Iisako - Director, First Stop Portland

Yachi joined the CPS staff in 2010 as a Program Coordinator. She started as the Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) program coordinator and transitioned into the post of International Program Coordinator. Currently, she manages International Programs and directs First Stop Portland.
