Talya Bauer, Ph.D., specializes in studying relationships at work. She conducts research on recruitment, selection, HR analytics, onboarding, loneliness at work, and leadership and has received NIH, NSF, OTREC, SHRM Foundation, and SIOP Foundation grants.
Bauer is the creator of the highly influential onboarding framework: the 5 C's of Onboarding. She has worked with dozens of organizations and has been a visiting scholar in France, Italy, Spain, and at Google Headquarters. She has given keynote addresses around the world to academic and professional audiences, including in Australia, France, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, the UK, and the US.
