Dr. Megan Horst's research interests are in the relationship between food systems and planning. She is particularly focused on questions related to public policy & planning and food justice, sustainable food systems, farmland conservation, access and ownership of resource lands, and municipal climate action especially in terms of urban agriculture and sustainable infrastructure.
