Professor, Supply Chain Management
Dr. Madeleine "Mellie" Pullman studies many issues around food and beverage supply chains (such as social, environmental, food waste, social impact businesses, and craft beverages). She has worked in every restaurant position possible (from wait-staff to general manager), started Utah’s first craft brewery, and has engaged in other food and beverage entrepreneurial activities.
