Dr. James Wood has been a part of the Parkrose School Board, the Oregon School Boards Association, and the Higher Education Coordinating Commission, and he has 20+ years of experience in energy efficiency program evaluation. He is currently on the Oregon Energy Trust's external evaluation board.
