Dr. Nicolaidis is a physician and health services researcher who has focused her career on improving the health of marginalized populations, including autistic adults and domestic violence survivors. She is co-director of a national research partnership in which academics and autistic adults work together to address the priorities of the autistic community, and she is Editor-in-Chief of a new peer-reviewed journal on Autism in Adulthood.
