Bill Griesar, Ph.D. is a Teaching Assistant Professor in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Neuroscience at Portland State University, founder and Neuroscience Coordinator of NW Noggin, Adjunct Instructor in University Studies at Portland State, and Affiliate Graduate Faculty in Behavioral Neuroscience at OHSU.

Bill studied visual perception at Brown University and explored the cognitive effects of nicotine in non-smokers at OHSU. He developed and has taught neuroscience courses at several colleges and universities since 2001, and co-founded the art and neuroscience outreach nonprofit nwnoggin.org.
