Dr. Aaron Roussell studied community policing ethnographically in South LA for 5 years and has studied drugs for longer. He worked for a drug policy non-profit, consulted for DOJ affiliates and for the Wyoming Department of Health, Substance Abuse Division, and served as an editor and author for Adult Drug Court Best Practice Standards published by the National Association of Drug Court Professionals.
