Join us for a relaxing yoga experience. This style of yoga is called iRest Yoga Nidra; it's not a movement yoga but more of a restorative practice to help students learn how to relax their minds and bodies. iRest Yoga Nidra helps with insomnia, stress, anxiety, and depression.
