The 2025 Everyday Entrepreneur Finals will be hosted at the University of Portland, March 28th.   

Witness Portland State’s top entrepreneurs take the stage and pitch live for $3,000 in prizes. 

ABOUT THE PSU EVERYDAY ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM

Everyday Entrepreneur is a 10-week Program & Pitch Competition designed to give PSU students the tools and inspiration they need to start a business. The program provides access to experiential learning in the lean startup process, focusing on the development of a business model, a strategy for implementation, and the art of the pitch.

1st Place Winners will receive $1,500
2nd Place Winners will receive $1,000
3rd Place Winners will receive $500

 

The Everyday Entrepreneur program is open to all PSU students who want to explore and test their unique business ideas. Participants will have the opportunity to move from concept to creation with like minded individuals and learn how to navigate the landscape of entrepreneurship with guidance from professional mentors and PSUCE staff.

PSU undergraduates, graduates, postdocs, and alumni are invited to compete for cash and prizes!

Want to launch your own Everyday Entrepreneur Program? 

Partner with the National Association of Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE), and get the support needed to design a program/ pitch competition unique to your students’ needs. The Everyday Entrepreneur Program provides access to entrepreneurial education and funding for students to take their businesses from an idea to a thriving enterprise.
