Erica Soule is the Director of Recruitment and Admissions Services in the College of Education. She holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy and a graduate certificate in Teaching Adult Learners from PSU and has worked for the College of Education in varying roles since 2017. A common thread through these roles has been Erica’s focus on creating systems to improve access to education for all learners, re-thinking admissions processes through an equity lens, and providing exceptional support to students.
