Cassie Hulse is a dedicated advocate for the early childhood care and education (ECE) field, leveraging over 15 years of experience to champion the development and professionalism of early childhood educators and school-age professionals in Alaska. Her comprehensive expertise spans strategic planning, policy implementation, curriculum development, and quality assurance within various ECE systems.

Throughout her career, Cassie has demonstrated a proven track record of effectively leading and managing programs which enhance the quality of ECE. Her skills in organization management, communication, grant and contract management, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and fiscal stewardship have been instrumental in the successful execution of numerous initiatives.

A few of Cassie's contributions include drafting a sustainable 5-year model aimed at improving compensation for the ECE workforce in Alaska and participating in the 2020 revisions of Alaska's Early Learning Guidelines (AK ELG). She has facilitated significant projects impacting the professional development of early educators and is recognized for her role in the leadership team implementing the goals outlined in the Alaska SEED (Systems for Early Education Development) strategic plan.

With nearly a decade dedicated to managing grants and contracts across multiple funding sources, Cassie brings a robust administrative and financial insight to her roles. She provided crucial administrative support for a variety of professional development services in Alaska, to include the Alaska SEED Registry, Trainer and Training Approval System (TTAS), distribution of financial supports, and credentialing.

Cassie Hulse's extensive experience includes active involvement on the board of the National Workforce Registry Alliance (NWRA) and collaborative efforts with Child Care Aware of America (CCAoA) on a compensation data dashboard project for Alaska. She is committed to fostering confidence and competency within the early childhood and school-age workforce through her leadership and advocacy.
