Please see below for information on how to report incidents of bias and on additional bias response resources available to all community members at Portland State University.

This guide provides information on a number of areas including, but not limited to the following: the expectations around reporting for those who have knowledge of bias incidents, ways to support others when incidents occur, steps for how to report, a summary of the bias response process once activated, and a set of existing local resources at Portland State University.

All PSU community members can report incidents of bias and discrimination to the University via our Bias Report Form. The form also has an anonymous reporting option.
