Currently Accolades: People for October 12, 2020

Every week during the academic year, Currently celebrates faculty and staff accomplishments, including appearances on panels, presentations, recent publications or performances, and research grants.

  1. Jennifer Dill, Transportation Research and Education Center (TREC) director and urban studies and planning faculty, was awarded the 2020 Research Professional of the Year by the Association of Bicycle and Pedestrian Professionals (APBP).
  2. Scott DuHadway, business faculty, received a 2020 Reviewer Service Honorable Mention Award from the Journal of Operations Management.
  3. Carlos Mena, business faculty, was invited to join the editorial board of Decision Sciences Journal. 
  4. Gerry Sussman, urban studies and planning and international and global studies faculty, was interviewed about the uprising in Portland on RTTV, a Moscow TV station, on Aug. 1.
