Every week during the academic year, Currently celebrates faculty and staff accomplishments, including appearances on panels, presentations, recent publications or performances, and research grants.

  1. Jola Ajibade, geography faculty, was interviewed for an article titled “Equitable Retreat: The Need for Fairness in Relocating Coastal Communities” by Yale Environment 360.
  2. Mellie Pullman, business faculty, authored a paper in the Decision Sciences Journal recognized as the fifth most downloaded paper in the journal’s 50-year history. Pullman’s article “Ability of Experience Design Elements to Elicit Emotions and Loyalty Behaviors” was originally published in 2004 and explores an approach to creating emotional connection with guests or customers through careful planning of tangible and intangible service elements.
