Shirley A. Jackson, sociology faculty, has received a 2022—2023 Faculty Development Grant for her research project, “Black Perceptions of Portland's Protests, People, and Progressive Politics.”
Maura Kelly, sociology faculty, received a grant from the Lumina Foundation via the Non-Degree Credential Network at George Washington University. This project will be supported by Cameron Arnold, sociology graduate student, and assess the risks and benefits of construction apprenticeship as a non-degree credential.
Hyeyoung Woo, sociology faculty, received a $14,626 Faculty Development Grant for 2022-2024.
