COVID-19 Testing

Regular COVID-19 testing is a key to maintaining the continued health and safety of our Portland State University community.

If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or if you were a close contact of someone with COVID-19, you should get tested regardless of your vaccination status. Close contact means being within six feet of someone for 15 minutes or more over the course of a day, with or without a mask or face covering. If you are getting tested because you had close contact with someone who has COVID-19, it’s best to get tested 5 days after exposure.

PSU provides a variety of free testing resources to students.
