Emily joined Portland State University's Center for Public Service as a Local Government Graduate Research Assistant in the fall of 2021. Emily is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration with a specialization in local government administration. In her free time, Emily enjoys dancing, playing the oboe and singing, baking, and hiking.
