The School of Business Mentorship Program Makes a Revitalized Start

Following a hiatus of several years caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we're excited to announce that The School of Business Mentor Program made a triumphant return.

Students often choose Portland State University due to its robust ties with the local business community. The institution offers mentorship programs tailored to offer students a chance to refine their career objectives and cultivate their professional networks through mentorships with experienced business practitioners. The School of Business Mentor Program specifically aims to enhance students' workplace acumen, provide clarity regarding their career aspirations, foster networking proficiency, and facilitate a seamless transition from academia to the professional world via mentor-student partnerships. These partnerships span a full calendar year, from January to December, ensuring comprehensive support and growth opportunities for both mentors and mentees.

January 17 Kickoff Event

The Program kickoff marked a significant milestone, it was the first in-person The School of Business Mentor Program Orientation in three years. The event was brimming with camaraderie, featuring delectable food, refreshing drinks, valuable information, hearty laughter, and the forging of new relationships between mentees and mentors.
