Currently Accolades: Presented for August 3, 2020

Every week during the academic year, Currently celebrates faculty and staff accomplishments, including appearances on panels, presentations, recent publications or performances, and research grants.

1. Berrin Erdogan, business faculty, presented a talk titled “Publishing in Personnel Psychology” as part of an online research seminar series at the University of Bath, UK, on June 10. 
2. Maura Kelly and Julius McGee, sociology faculty, and Ned Tilbrook, sociology graduate student, presented a workshop titled “Applying to Grad School: A Workshop for Students in Sociology and Related Fields” to undergraduates majoring in sociology.
3. Maura Kelly, sociology faculty, and Marisa Miller, Advising & Career Services internships coordinator, presented a workshop titled “Getting a Job After Graduation: Careers for Students in Sociology and Related Fields” for undergraduates majoring in Sociology.
4. Maura Kelly, sociology faculty, participated in a remote panel titled “Oregon’s Collaborative Approach to Promoting the Recruitment and Retention of a Diverse Construction Workforce” at the annual meeting of the Labor and Employment Relations Association.
