Classical Ballet Academy: The Nutcracker

Come be enchanted with Portland’s highly acclaimed Classical Ballet Academy’s 2022 production of The Nutcracker as this magical tradition returns for its seventeenth consecutive year! We invite you to be taken back in time to the Victorian landscape of Clara and her Nutcracker Prince as they dance and weave snowy dreams for audiences both young and young at heart. This year’s theatrical feast will be performed at Portland State University’s Lincoln Hall and promises gorgeous costumes and sets, fresh choreography and pre-professional talent(all of the dancers are students in the Pre-Professional Division at CBA). Don’t miss this sell-out performance! This show is approximately two hours long including intermission. All shows are recommended for all audiences (the matinee shows are recommended for younger audience members).
