The School of Art + Design is offering education abroad opportunities this summer. Spend a month in Italy with Michelle Illuminato during CityLab Florence, or two weeks in France studying painting and street art with Kendra Larson. Below you'll find information about info sessions and tips on how to make your travel dreams come true.

Painting and Street Art in France —July 12-28, 2022
Through studio visits, street art tours, museum visits, cave painting excursions, and painting onsite we will develop a deep understanding of the role of painting in society and as a form of communication. Course led by Kendra Larson.

Studying abroad is an investment in your education, one that will shift your perspective and open up new exciting understandings about different cultures and our world. The good news is that there are scholarships available and you can use any financial aid that you have. There are also creative options like crowdfunding by setting up your own Go Fund Me. You can also check out PSU’s Scholarship Resources. If you received a Pell Grant, you can apply for the Gilman Scholarship, which awards up to $3,000.
