79% refund: midnight, ten days before the first day of the workshop. (PSU charges a 21% administrative fee for CEPE refunds)
0% refund: 12:01 a.m., nine days before the first day of the workshop or later.
Please note: CEPE has the right to cancel this event if we do not meet the minimum number of enrollments. A full refund minus any credit card fees will be issued if this is the case.
