Transfer Student Open House
Thinking about transferring to Portland State next term or next year? This 2-hour evening open house is designed to answer your questions about the transferring process, admissions deadlines, financial aid and scholarships, course articulation and degree program information.
Personal & Group Tours
Arrange a tour of campus with a current PSU student, an opportunity to learn about the Portland State admissions process, and a preview of campus housing options. Guided tours and Information Sessions are offered on weekdays and selected weekends in October and March.

Preview Day
Preview Day is an all-day Saturday event for prospective freshmen and their families.Take the day to immerse yourself in the academic curriculum, explore our diverse urban campus, and discover the many connections that Portland State fosters within the greater metropolitan community.
Bridges
Bridges is Portland State's annual open house for high school students from ethnically diverse backgrounds who are exploring college opportunities. You'll become familiar with the process of applying for admission to Portland State, and also engage in discussions about attending college and completing a degree program.
Viking 101
Viking 101 is a half-day event that introduces middle school students to the importance of a college education through a series of activities. This event is the only visit opportunity for middle school students at this time.
Viking Visitation
On select days we host Viking Visitation, half-day program for advisers, counselors, prospective freshmen and transfer students. You'll participate in a series of informational sessions and activities, and learn how to apply for admission.
Admitted Student Programs
The Admitted Student Programs are a great opportunity for admitted first time freshmen and their families to visit campus, and meet faculty, staff and students who can answer questions about the academic and student life at Portland State University.
