Professor Rankin spoke on "Queering Campus:The State of higher Education for LGBT People."Professor Ranking teaches at The Pennsylvania State University and is a research associate at the university's Center for the Study of Higher Education. She is a Senior Diversity PLanning Analyst in the Office of the Vice PRovost for Educational Equity and consults nationally on issues of social justice. She is also the co-author of The Lives of Transgender People (Columbia UP, forthcoming).
