Planning Practice Workshop

The Planning Practice Workshop is intended to support students with their internship experience. The syllabus for the workshop includes topics related to finding a suitable internship placement as well as developing reflective learning skills in the planning practice. Students are required to attend a Planning Practice Workshop meeting once a term for the first two years of the MURP program (total of 6 meetings). A schedule will be published on the available workshop meeting times at the beginning of each term. Students should enroll in USP 559 Planning Practice for 1 credit during the term of their sixth and final workshop meeting. In addition to the required Planning Practice Workshop meetings, optional workshop meetings will be held periodically for students interested in developing their planning resume and portfolio. Times and dates for these workshop meetings will be posted in advance of the scheduled workshops.
