Leadership For Change ClusterThis cluster will explore the theoretical frameworks of leadership studies by exposing students to a variety of leadership classes offered across academic disciplines. Students will understand the different forms leadership takes and be able to work with these forms within an organizational context. Students will grapple with the fundamental question of what it means to be a leader.
