Scholarships
Annie Spencer Scholarship for Students with Disabilities
Any Portland State University student, including incoming freshmen, with a documented disability may apply for the Annie Spencer Scholarship of Achievement. Recipients of this scholarship will receive up to $1,000 per term for educational expenses. Up to 10 scholarships will be awarded annually. Recipients may re-apply for future awards.
Incoming freshmen must have a minimum high school GPA of 2.75 or have earned a G.E.D., with a minimum total score of 55. College students with 0-29 credits must have a 2.75 high school GPA and a 2.50 college level GPA. College students with 30+ credit hours must have a 2.50 college level GPA. All applicants must meet regular Portland State University admission requirements.
Applications for the next academic year are available beginning in November and must be turned in by February 1st.
The 2009/2010 application period closed February 1.
