Commercial & Public Parking

Permits are required for all registered vehicles parked on campus. Prices and arrangements vary based on location and duration.

Street parking around PSU is monitored by City of Portland Parking Enforcement. Payment is required in PSU parking facilities during the following hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8am-7pm
Friday & Saturday: 8am-5pm
Sunday: No payment required

Please note that some restricted parking facilities require payment and are enforced 24/7.

Parking for a few hours or a day? If you do not need special arrangements please park and pay in any visitor parking area.

If you need to park next to a job site, load/unload in a pedestrian area, or need to park for longer than a few days in a row, you may purchase a Short-term Permit or a Service/Vendor permit. These permits may be purchased from Transportation & Parking Services in the Academic & Student Recreation Center (1812 SW 6th Avenue).

Short-Term Permits

Short-term permits do not require advance notice, but must be purchased in-person from Transportation & Parking Services. Short-term permit rates are:

$3/hour or $11/day
$48/week
$110-$205/month depending on location and type of permit

Service/Vendor Permits

$55 per month for a maximum of 10 hours per week. Flexible dates, times and locations are available. Arrangements must be made in advance by contacting us at psupark@pdx.edu. Allow one week for permit to be prepared.
