Prospective Transfer Student

A prospective transfer student is a student who is currently enrolled at a community college or other university or has attended a community college or other university in the past, who is interested in transferring to PSU. Prospective students can be at any stage of their education; it is often best to connect early!

TRSRC Services

The TRSRC hosts many events and workshops, and prospective students are invited to attend! This is a great opportunity to get connected with faculty, staff, and students at PSU and start to build community. Prospective students can also use the chatbox or TRSRC email to ask questions and sign up for the Peer Connection Network so that they are connected to a peer at PSU during their first term at PSU.

Advising Support

TRSRC advisors work regularly with prospective students. We can help students to make a plan for classes to take at their current school that will ultimately help them towards their Bachelor’s degree. We also help students work through the major decision process, get connected with resources, and work on the application and transfer process.
