The Sustainability Group is always eager to work with students, staff, and faculty, and invites interested individuals and parties to assist with ongoing projects or propose new projects. Feel free to stop by our office and say hello! We're located on the second floor of PSU's Koinonia House, on the northeast corner of southwest Broadway and Montgomery.

Employment Opportunities

In addition to a full-time Sustainability Coordinator and a full-time Resource Management Coordinator, the Sustainability Group regularly employs two Graduate Research Assistant positions and one Undergraduate Work Study position, as well as one Americorps Volunteer. Presently, all positions are filled. Please check back in the future, particularly near the start and end of terms, for position openings.

Volunteer Opportunities

The Sustainability Group's Volunteer & Intern Program is currently under development; however, we invite interested students to approach us with ideas of their own, or if they have an interest in contributing to an ongoing project. Volunteer opportunities may include research, fact-checking, developing marketing materials, web development and design, leading campus sustainability tours, staffing the office supply ReUse Room, and others, depending on student interest. Internship Opportunities

The Sustainability Group's Volunteer & Intern Program is currently under development; however, we invite students interested in sustained, unpaid internship opportunities with the Sustainability Group to approach us with project ideas of their own, or if they have an interest in contributing to an ongoing project.
