  • Graduate Sustainability Certificate - This graduate certificate (in process of approval) offers an integrated series of post-baccalaureate courses that comprise a multidisciplinary study of the environmental, social, and economic dimensions of sustainability. Upcoming PSU Lectures

  • "Portland Area Ecosystems" - Friday, May 30 from 10-11. Dr. Alan Yeakley will discuss the ecological changes in riparian ecosystems in Portland area cities experiencing population growth, and the relative effectiveness of varying municipal efforts to manage them. Check out the Sustainability Research Forum for more information.
  • "Making Sustainability Research Work" - Friday, May 30 from 1-3. Dr. Vivek Shandas explores institutional barriers and opportunities for making transdisciplinary sustainability research work by drawing from empirical studies, focus groups, and several recent experiences of conducting collaborative research.
