Professional Background & Interests:

Marie has been teaching American Sign Language for 20 years.  She spent 2 years in New York City teaching the Deaf and 1 year teaching the Deaf in High School.  She has been involved in transcription work of taking English books, transcribing into ASL gloss preparatory for the production of ASL Media.  Her interests are her family and watching her children compete in sports.  She enjoys interpreting for her friends on the side.
