Lauretta is currently the program administrator for speech-language pathologists in Portland Public Schools, as well as an administrator for high school special education programs.  Prior to this, she worked as a speech-language pathologist in Gresham, Oregon and in Canada for several years.  Her area of interest is recruitment and retention of special education professionals, including speech-language pathologists.
