International Student Insurance Information
All students enrolled at the University taking five or more credit hours are automatically assessed the Student Health fee in tuition costs. This fee includes the basic health insurance, dental benefits, and access to all the services provided by the Center for Student Health and Counseling.

- Dependents may be enrolled by calling Wells Fargo Insurance Services at (800) 853-5899.
- ID Cards: Permanent ID cards will be sent out to all eligible students upon receipt of a final roster from the school (approx mid to late October). If you need to see a provider, you can click here for the link to print a temporary ID card. When you get to the page, click "claim instructions and forms" to print the card. In order to obtain your member medical ID number please contact Wells Fargo Insurance Services at (800) 853-5899. Please note: if you drop below 5 credits, you will no longer be eligible for SHAC services. Self-support and online classes do not count toward eligible credits.
