Does the Population Research Center develop race and Hispanic origin estimates?
We often include race and Hispanic origin as part of commissioned studies, but our Annual Population Estimates do not include information relating to ethnicity. The Census Bureau does publish annual estimates that include race and Hispanic origin, but margins of error (MOE) in these estimates can be significant. A better practice is to express the estimates as shares of total population, rather than as absolute values.
