Robert W. Eder is Professor
of Human Resources Management. He has a B.A.from the Colorado College,
an M.S. from Case Western Reserve University, and a Ph.D. from the
University of Colorado. Dr. Eder conducts research and teaches on
a variety of human resources management and organizational behavior
topics with a focus on employment practices and applications to
the services and high tech sectors. He serves on the editorial board
of Organizational Research Methods.
