Trevor Calton is a veteran of the Commercial Real Estate & Mortgage Banking industry, currently specializing in Commercial, SBA, and Multifamily Debt & Equity Financing. He is also an adjunct professor of Real Estate Finance at Portland State University, and is active as a volunteer for numerous community and non-profit organizations, teaching career-building and job-training classes. Prior to joining Commercial Lending Group, he was an Assistant Director for the Housing Authority of Portland, responsible for all physical, financial, and operational aspects of over 6000 units of affordable housing in Multnomah County.

Formerly a Managing Partner in a commercial real estate investment, funding, and brokerage firm, Trevor spent several years as a Senior Financial Analyst in mortgage banking, before becoming one of Portland's top Commercial Real Estate brokers specializing in investment properties. Trevor is the recipient of numerous national and local community awards, including the prestigious United States Presidential Service Award, the Portland Business Journal's “Forty Under 40” award, and many others.

Trevor earned both his Bachelors degree and MBA from the University of Oregon, and lives in the Portland area with his two sons.
