Ellen West teaches organizational behavior, change management, and soul and spirit in business. Research interests include organizational learning as well as the management of change. She has consulted with a variety of organizations in the Northwest in the areas of teambuilding and organizational change strategies.
Sabbatical interests/pursuits: Collaboration with Mentor Graphics on innovative management training design; improvisation-its implications and applications for change processes; the role of technology in change; and running the New York Marathon!
Ellen has a Ph.D. from Oregon State University, an M.A. from Reed College and a B.A. from University of Oregon.
