Dave has over 20 years of corporate finance experience with particular emphasis in business valuation, mergers & acquisitions, financial planning, capital budgeting and project analysis.  Dave currently has a financial consulting business and teaches graduate and undergraduate finance classes.  Previously, Dave was VP of Finance for Ambric Inc.  Prior to joining Ambric, Dave worked at Intel for 15 years in a variety of senior finance roles including business unit controller for the communication and networking divisions and Intel Capital controller with a focus on mergers & acquisitions.  In addition, Dave has held finance positions at NEC and Motorola.  Dave received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Indiana University.
