I plan to become an officer in the US Army

I was attracted to Flagship because of the idea that I can reach near-native proficiency in another language.
What’s the best aspect of being in RFP?
The best aspect is the professors and all the resources available to the students.
Why is fluency in Russian important to you?
I believe fluency is important because if one were to get a degree in a language but not be fluent, then the degree would be pointless.
